Class Coordinator

[ S/he develops, staffs, and oversees the quarterly cirriculum of classes offered at the Center.]

Ongoing Responsibilities:
• Develops and schedules classes within alloted times at the Center.
• Makes and distributes class promotional flyers and booklets.
• Works with the Marketing Committee to advertise classes and respond to inquiries.
• Recruits instructors and negotiates fees and arrangements.
• Handles teacher support (Center access, keys, supplies, schedules, etc.).
• Handles the enrollment, tuition, and attendance records of students.
• Works with the Center's CTO in maintaining a student database for outreach.
• Community outreach — "Classes To Go".
• Assists in the development of the Education Dept. budget.

Ad-Hoc Responsibilities:
• Handles class cancellations.
• Deals with facility schedule conflicts.

Supported By / Reports To:
• Education Dept. Director (Exec. Director for the time being.)

Skills Required:
• Great organizational and communication skills
